Registration:

Registrations should be made as soon as possible; Class size is limited and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure enrollment, please register at least one week prior to the start date of the class. You will be notified in the event the class for which you are registering is full.

If you withdraw from a class:

Notice of withdrawal must be received no later than 7 days prior to the first day of class. Class fee, less a $20 accounting fee, will be refunded. Notice of withdrawal must be received by Art is Moving via email (artismoving@gmail.com) 7 days prior to class beginning date. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after that time. Failure to attend sessions or verbal notification will not be regarded as an official notice of withdrawal.

Payment:

Full payment is due upon enrollment. All payments must be made via Paypal.

Cancellation:

Art is Moving reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment, and to change class instructors when necessary. If it is necessary to cancel a class, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible and extended the opportunity to transfer to another class. If participants do not wish to transfer, a full refund will be made.

Permissions:

Permission to include your image in candid photos of classes, to be used on the web and in our brochure, is implicit in your registration which indicates your acceptance of our policies. If you wish not to be in any class photos, please let us know via email.

Liability Limitation:

Art is Moving, Lauren Usher and Lisa Rasmussen, aim to provide every participant a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience. We act solely as agents for you regarding special activities and travel and assume no liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto. We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. By joining this workshop I acknowledge that I have read the above information concerning responsibility and release Art is Moving, Artismovingnow.com, Lauren Usher, Lisa Rasmussen, and any cooperating agent from any liability. Art is Moving, Artismovingnow.com, Lauren Usher, Lisa Rasmussen,will assume no liability for injury, illness, or loss of personal property or expenses thereof associated with workshop participation. I also acknowledge that Lauren Usher and Lisa Rasmussen have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime and that workshop policies are subject to change at any time.
